Robyn Weekley

Office Manager

Robyn started with the Express family in 2007 as the Front Office Coordinator and is now the Office Manager. Her favorite days are when we have taken a person who came through our door defeated and found them a job where they can be successful and support their family. She and her husband Jason spend all their free time supporting their kids at sporting events and dance studios around Clark County.

Tracy Vassar

Senior Industrial Employment Specialist

Starting in August of 2016 Tracy brings a sales and customer service background to the team. She started as a Recruiter and was promoted to Senior Industrial Employment Specialist. She's a proud mom of a son, and enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Jay Maynard

Recruiting and Retention Specialist

Jay served in the United States Air Force (USAF) for over 11 years before separating and continuing to work for the government. He officially retired in January 2018. 4 years ago he became the Senior Pastor of Restored Life Ministries, Inc. He is joined in ministry by his beautiful wife, Sorena. He is a proud father of one daughter serving in the Army as well as many spiritual daughters and sons.

Allison Bischoff-King

Recruiting Specialist

Allison started with Express in the fall of 2025 after a career change from teaching. She keeps busy by coaching middle school and club volleyball. Allison is newly married to her loving husband and has two amazing dogs that are very pampered. She grew up in Springfield and is happy to be working in her hometown. While growing up in the business of recruiting, she is excited to get to meet new people, build a rapport with the community, and keep working hard in everyday life.

Hannah Downing

Recruiting Specialist

Hannah joined our team in fall 2025 after her family moved back to Ohio from Kentucky. She has a passion for helping parents find jobs to support their children. In her free time, Hannah enjoys baking and taking walks with her husband and two daughters.
