Robyn Weekley

Office Manager

Robyn started with the Express family in 2007 as the Front Office Coordinator and is now the Office Manager. Her favorite days are when we have taken a person who came through our door defeated and found them a job where they can be successful and support their family. She and her husband Jason spend all their free time supporting their kids at sporting events and dance studios around Clark County.

Tracy Vassar

Senior Industrial Employment Specialist

Starting in August of 2016 Tracy brings a sales and customer service background to the team. She started as a Recruiter and was promoted to Senior Industrial Employment Specialist. She's a proud mom of a son, and enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Jay Maynard

Recruiting and Retention Specialist

Jay served in the United States Air Force (USAF) for over 11 years before separating and continuing to work for the government. He officially retired in January 2018. 4 years ago he became the Senior Pastor of Restored Life Ministries, Inc. He is joined in ministry by his beautiful wife, Sorena. He is a proud father of one daughter serving in the Army as well as many spiritual daughters and sons.

Wendy Carter

Employment Specialist
Office Services / Skilled Trades

Wendy has lived in the western part of Ohio since 2000. She managed many different stores in the Upper Valley Mall and then moved to Assurant for 15 years. She lives with her fiancée Matt and her daughter Kerrigan. They have four dogs; Sinopia, Lola, Moose and Scooby. She would love to retire early and set up a home for older dogs so they don’t have to live out their last days in a shelter.

Cassie, a proud native of Springfield, OH, graduated from Northeastern High School in 2005.A devoted mother to two amazing kids, her family is at the heart of everything she does. Cassie enjoys being outdoors, whether it’s hiking, exploring nature, or supporting the 2025 National Championship winning Ohio State football team. Above all, she treasures creating lasting memories with her family and finding joy in life’s everyday moments.
