**MUST HAVE 2-5 YEARS OF SALES EXPERIENCE! MUST HAVE RELIABLE VEHICLE AND VALID DRIVERS LICENSE!

 

Key Responsibilities:

Communication: Via phone, Email & Site Visits!

1. Client Engagement:
- Communicate with existing and potential clients about their supply chains, offering tailored solutions that align with their goals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.

2. Sales and Lead Generation:
- Identify and pursue new leads through research, networking, and outreach within the Great Lakes Mega Region.
- Nurture leads through consistent follow-up and build a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Convert leads into sales through engaging conversations, virtual meetings, and product/service demonstrations.

 3. Client Support:
- Answer client questions promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about services, pricing, and logistics solutions.
- Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings to discuss client needs and showcase solutions.

4. Strategic Outreach:
- Make proactive phone calls to prospects and clients to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Develop innovative strategies for lead generation, such as leveraging social media, industry events, and partnerships.

5. Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead progress, and client interactions in the CRM system.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, client management, or business development (preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain industries).
    - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
    - Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable making outbound calls and conducting virtual meetings.
    - Strong organizational and time management skills.
    - Ability to identify client needs and provide customized solutions.
    - Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools is a plus
