Monday-Friday 8A-430P
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls for retail parts sales.
- Assist callers by determining which part is needed.
- Assist customers by receiving & filling emailed parts orders.
- Research database for the correct part or parts numbers & inventory available.
- Accurately document & record parts calls and events into our customer relationship management system.
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
· Order Entry: Placement of orders.
Requirements:
- Computer experience with Microsoft products such as Excel & Word & order entry systems such as Macola.
· Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
· Positive attitude and attention to detail.
· Proven customer support experience or experience as a client representative.
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Able to work individually or as a team.
· Self motivated.
· Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
· Some mechanical knowledge
