Job Full Description
• Strong communication skills - Able to provide job details upon completion.
• Team player - This person will likely be working in a team environment so they need to be able to get along with and help other team members complete tasks.
• Self motivated - As a team lead my employees will have opportunities to increase their incentives if they are more productive, while still providing quality services
• Physical abilities - There's not normally really heavy lifting, but many nights there is a lot of walking and our work is normally outdoors. Work also includes holding a wand for an hour at a time.
• Able to drive/pull a trailer (trailer preferred)
