- Maintenance/Make Ready worker
Job details:
- able to do cosmetic work; paint, patch holes, vacuum, shampoo floors, sweep/mop, etc.
- pick up trash around complex
Shift:
- Monday - Friday
- 9:00 am - 6:00pm
- 1 Hr. Lunch
Hourly Rate:
Requirements:
- Basic maintenance knowledge
- Able to multitask
- Able to pass 7 year background check
- Self motivated
- Detail oriented
- Reliable source of transportation
