Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking for a candidate to work in Norman, Moore, and Newcastle that has done make ready and maintenances. Pay is $17/hour+
Job Duties Include:
- Complete all duties regarding make-ready/vacant units.
- Service appliances as requested.
- Service general plumbing and basic electrical needs of the property to include fixing toilets, light switches, garbage disposals, and ceiling fans.
- Rekey locks.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of tools, equipment and supplies.
- Replace burned out light bulbs, broke gloves, etc.
Requirements:
- Valid Oklahoma Driver's License.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
- Able to bend, stoop, stand for a full shift.
