Job Full Description
A local dairy plant is looking for dedicated, career-focused warehouse workers to join their team. Overtime may be required based on business needs. This is a fantastic company offering excellent benefits upon evaluation. Starting pay is $17/hour, with an increase to $22.20/hour once hired as a permanent employee.
We are seeking reliable candidates who can work evening shifts, such as 3 PM to finish, or 5 PM to 5 AM. The ideal candidate would need to be comfortable working 12 hour shift.
The position requires availability to work any shift, six days a week, with mandatory Saturdays. Sunday will be your day off.
Key Qualifications:
- Stable employment history and prior warehouse experience.
- Ability to work in a freezer or cold environment.
- Willingness to work up to 12 hours per day.
- Reliable and available to work overtime when necessary.
- Capable of standing for extended periods (over 10 hours per day).
- Seeking long-term employment.
- Ability to lift heavy loads.
