Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking Heavy Equipment Technicians for an industry leader in heavy equipment. The Heavy Equipment Technician will be responsible for providing high quality repair service on equipment in a timely manner.
Essential Functions
- Remove, install, disassemble, and assemble components and test and adjust components as needed
- Complete assigned jobs to meet flat rate times
- Complete all paperwork and enter information into the system as needed
- Follow all HazMat rules and regulations
- Provide accurate information to management to develop quotes
Pay: $30.00/HR+ DOE
Schedule: Multiple Shifts Available- M-F ; Fri-Sun 12 hour shift
Requirements
- Previous experience on CAT equipment required
- 5 years of previous experience required
- Knowledge of engines, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems, and components
- Knowledge of basic hand and power tools, and precision measuring instruments
- Must be computer proficient to use laptops and diagnostic software
- Knowledge of cranes and rigging
