Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring Final Assembly Associates for a local manufacturer of industrial HVAC unites. The Final Assembler will be responsible for working with a team to assemble all pieces of the unit to prepare for shipment.
Essential Job Functions:
- Working in a collaborative environment with a large crew
- Operate hand and power tools
- Read and understand blueprints
- Troubleshoot problems when necessary
- Lift and position raw materials
- Use hand and power tools using consistent manual dexterity
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Perform quality assessment to ensure unit is up to standard
- Assist with training new team members
Pay: $17.20/HR
Schedule: 6:00am-4:30pm Monday - Thursday; Occasional mandatory OT on Fridays and Saturdays
Requirements:
- Must complete New Hire Screening process
- Must possess a Valid Drivers License
- Must be able to stand, crawl, and lift for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift material above shoulders consistently
- Able to read a tape measure and blueprints
- Able to work in a safe and efficient manner
