Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is hiring for Roustabouts/Oilfield Pit Cleaners for a local company. The Roustabout/Oilfield Pit Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of oilfield pits, including cleaning equipment, disposing of waste, and adhering to safety protocols.
- Essential Functions
- Cleaning and maintaining pits, tanks, and other oilfield equipment
- Removing debris, sludge, and other materials from pits
- Operating cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, vacuum trucks, and other tools.
- Ensuring that all work areas are clean, safe, and organized
- Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Identifying and reporting any safety hazards or issues
- Properly collecting and disposing of waste materials
Pay: $16.00/HR
Schedule: On Call ; OT Available
Requirements
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
- Experience with cleaning equipment and tools (helpful but not always required)
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic mechanical knowledge
