Express is recruiting for a company and need a General Manager. Our Client is a leading provider of power sports vehicles and off-road equipment, specializing in the sales of motorcycles, side-by-sides, ATVs, and related off-road implements. We are expanding our business to include a retail parts department, offering a broad range of accessories and replacement parts for various power sports vehicles. In addition to retail, our service department provides high-quality repairs and custom installations. We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the power sports community.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced General Manager to lead our growing dealership. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in retail management, with a strong focus on sales, customer service, and operational efficiency. Automotive experience is highly desirable, particularly in the areas of parts sales, service management, and vehicle maintenance. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving sales performance, managing staff, and ensuring that customers receive outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the dealership, including sales, parts retail, service, and customer service departments.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of salespeople, technicians, and service staff to achieve performance targets.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are well-equipped to serve customers and meet business goals.
- Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Drive sales growth in both new and used power sports vehicles, parts, and accessories.
- Analyze sales trends, customer preferences, and inventory levels to develop sales strategies.
- Foster relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure inventory needs are met and profitability is maximized.
- Service Department Oversight:
- Oversee service department operations, ensuring timely and high-quality repairs and installations of custom parts.
- Collaborate with service technicians to maintain a strong service workflow and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Financial Management:
- Monitor and manage dealership financials, including budgeting, P&L statements, and achieving sales targets.
- Maintain strong inventory control and profitability across all departments.
- Customer Experience:
- Ensure that customers receive excellent service and have a seamless experience across all areas of the dealership.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Marketing & Community Engagement:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote dealership products, events, and services.
- Develop relationships within the local community to increase brand visibility and customer loyalty.
Qualifications:

Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in retail management, with a focus on automotive, power sports, or related industries.
- Proven track record in driving sales, managing teams, and achieving financial goals.
- Experience with managing service and repair operations is a plus.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
