Job Full Description
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all payroll processing for employees, including troubleshooting with ADP.
Oversee office management tasks such as maintenance, supplies, equipment, and invoices.
Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies and employee documentation.
Coordinate with third-party vendors for facility services (e.g., cleaning, pest control, holiday décor).
Assist with custom drying operations, including managing work orders and vendor relationships.
Serve as the primary contact for IT-related issues, including systems like LumberTrack, TagTrack, and FiberTrack.
Manage bank deposits, including driving to the bank.
Plan and organize in-house or off-site events such as celebrations and conferences.
Actively participate in safety committee activities and promote a culture of safety and teamwork.
Provide general office support and assist in onboarding new hires.
Qualifications
Required:
3+ years of experience in office management or a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Preferred:
Experience in the lumber or manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of systems like LumberTrack or similar inventory software.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Working Conditions
Full-time, on-site role in a professional office environment.
Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs) and driving required.
