Sales Representative – Express Employment Professionals
Location: Albany, OR
Pay: $20 - $25 per hour DOE + Team Commission & Bonuses After Evaluation
Schedule: Full-time | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Sales Representative to drive business growth by securing new accounts, setting appointments, and promoting staffing solutions. This role is focused on sales, networking, and lead generation to expand market reach and build long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads by identifying and engaging potential clients through cold calls, in-person visits, and networking efforts
- Schedule appointments for Express owners with key decision-makers to discuss potential partnerships
- Conduct sales meetings independently with decision-makers to present staffing solutions and close new business
- Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new accounts and grow existing business relationships
- Build and maintain client relationships by providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and continued business growth
- Market top talent by promoting skilled job seekers to companies with hiring needs, facilitating job placements and driving revenue
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, business development, or B2B sales preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with colleagues
- Ability to overcome objections and obstacles with confidence and persistence
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a competitive mindset
- Organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- High school diploma or GED required
