 Store Manager/Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team! 

Responsibilities:

·  Sales & Customer Relations:

o    Promote and sell products, including sealcoating and pavement maintenance supplies.

o    Help customers with product information, answer their questions, and provide excellent service.

o    Assist customers with credit applications and perform credit checks.

o    Educate customers on the benefits and uses of products.

o    Promote the store, build customer relationships, and manage customer inquiries.

·  Operations & Inventory Management:

o    Assist owner/manager with daily operations, including collections, payments, and invoicing.

o    Manage inventory counts, source products, and handle inventory tracking.

o    Physically help load products and operate a forklift as necessary.

o    Create purchase orders, process invoices, and build tools when needed.

o    Proficiently use QuickBooks for financial tasks and reporting.

·  Logistics & Maintenance:

o    Schedule and coordinate trucking within the company for deliveries.

o    Manage shipping and receiving, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

o    Work with contractors to manage operations and equipment repairs.

o    Oversee production, repairs, and maintenance within the company.

Requirements:

·  Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office/365.

·  Leadership.  Must be self driven.

·  Forklift operation experience.

·  Strong communication and customer service skills.

·  Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

·  Hands-on experience with equipment, including maintenance and repair.

·  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

·  Experience in customer service and fulfillment.

 

  • Excellent Proficiency with basic PC hardware and software, including MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Skill in recording and retrieving general information.
  • Skill in communicating effectively with others both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
  • Ability to lift at least 70 pounds.
  • Ability to work in all weather.
  • Valid Oregon driver’s license.
  • Must be punctual and reliable.
  • Must be able to handle money and reconcile cash.
