About the Role
We are a growing residential remodeling company based in Corvallis, Oregon, and we’re looking for a dedicated Office Administrator to help streamline daily operations and support our team. This role is ideal for someone who is resourceful, proactive, and takes pride in getting things done—whether it’s managing simple tasks or handling more complex responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day office operations: organize schedules, handle paperwork, and improve internal systems.

Manage phones, incoming mail, and deliveries.

Provide administrative support across multiple departments including sales, marketing, design, production, and management.

Communicate professionally and efficiently with vendors and clients.

Own administrative tasks and follow through with precision and accountability.

Stay organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in office administration, operations, or a related field.

Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
