What You Get to Do!
· Must have the ability to maintain multiple projects concurrently from design through construction administration.
· Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences and requirements.
· Create architectural construction documents, and 3D models.
· Develop and present design proposals to clients and obtain their approval.
· Research and select appropriate building materials and systems that align with the project's objectives.
· Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that the project is executed smoothly.
· Conduct on-site visits to monitor the progress of construction and resolve any issues that may arise.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in architecture to provide innovative design solutions.
What You Will Bring…
· Architecture License in good standing
· Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
· Strong proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
· Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
· Familiarity with Design Specifications is a plus.
· Familiarity with sustainable design principles and LEED certification is a plus.
