Production Technician

Location: Bend, OR
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, test, and repair products.
- Perform quality control inspections.
- Kit and pack outgoing customer orders.
- Maintain inventory and ensure timely repairs.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Pay: $20 to $22 per hour, depending on experience.
- Annual Bonus: Up to 20% based on company sales growth.
- PTO: 15 days in the first 3 years, increasing with tenure.
