The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for maintaining and driving operational results within the company. The position works closely with other executive management team members, provides the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls. This position is to evaluate, establish and continually execute a robust supply chain program for our relevant products. The position accomplishes this through a respectful, constructive, and energetic style, guided by the objectives of the company. Ideal candidates should have experience in supply chain management, creating procurement policies and procedures for a growing organization, additionally, have solid soft skills which will aid to leading the team to World Class Success!
• Provide management to leadership that aligns with the company’s business plan and overall strategic vision
• Ensure all programs align with the company’s core values and culture
• Drive company results from both an operational and financial perspective working closely with the CFO, CEO, and other key executive team members
• Lead by example, by follow all safety rules and regulations, all work must be done thinking “Safety First”
• Assist the CFO with financial projections and analyses of existing programs and policies
• Spearhead the development, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes, while minimizing losses
• Oversee operational policies and procedures
• Evaluate, establish, and continually execute a robust supply chain program for relevant products
• Oversee planning, maintenance, and efficiency
• Ensure operational compliance on a company, state, and federal level
• Head outreach and business relations
• Provides timely, accurate, and complete reports on the operating conditions of the company
• Drives the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow, and business goals and objectives
• Collects and researches data. Uses intuition and experience to complement data. Develops project plans. Analyzes market and competition
• Represent the company with customers, investors, and business partners
• Good communication skills

• Performs other related duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Directly supervises top management personnel
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems

• Master of Business Administration (MBA), or equivalent experience in executive management experience

• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in written form with customers, vendors and co-workers.
• Ability to proofread and review documents for technical accuracy and conceptual clarity.
• Ability to travel. Travel is required to other company offices and customer sites in the US and occasional international travel.
