Position Overview: As an HVAC Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced HVAC technicians to learn and assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop technical skills, and progress towards becoming a licensed HVAC technician.
Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems and components.

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and inspecting equipment.

Help diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues.

Learn and adhere to all safety protocols and best practices.

Assist in maintaining accurate records of work performed.

Follow instructions and guidelines from experienced technicians.

Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components (preferred but not required).

Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labor.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
-
Ability to work flexible hours and be available for on-call duties as needed.
