Front Desk/Service Scheduler
Location: Redmond, Oregon
Position Type: Full-time, 7:30 am-4 pm
Salary: $24 per hour
Job Purpose:
We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk/Service Scheduler to join our team. This role involves managing high-volume calls, scheduling appointments, and dispatching emergency service calls. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service to clients, contractors, and vendors, ensuring quality and efficiency in all tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Deliver top-notch service to clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Scheduling: Efficiently schedule service appointments for both residential and commercial customers, and handle emergency calls as per SOP.
- Phone Management: Answer multi-line phone systems, manage multiple lines simultaneously, and accurately record information into Salesforce.
- Appointment Confirmation: Perform call-ahead confirmations 2 days in advance and adjust schedules as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety policies and participate in monthly safety meetings and trainings.
Qualifications:
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and proficiency in data entry.
- High-Volume Environment: Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment with a high volume of calls.
- Communication Skills: Excellent active listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Team Player: Ability to work well within a team, take direction, and provide constructive feedback.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize and manage information efficiently.
Measures of Success:
- Efficient Scheduling: Group service calls logically by area to save time and resources.
- Accuracy: Gather all necessary information accurately for service appointments.
- Timely Call-Ahead: Perform call-ahead confirmations promptly and adjust schedules to fill gaps.
- Effective Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Safety Participation: Actively engage in the safety culture and maintain the safe days board.

- Complete various office tasks as assigned with accuracy and efficiency.
