Job Full Description
We are seeking a dynamic IT Specialist to support our leadership team and drive technological advancement across the organization. This role is integral to optimizing system functionality, enhancing security protocols, and ensuring the seamless integration of platforms and equipment. The position involves managing IT systems, coordinating with vendors, overseeing technology assets, and aligning fiscal operations with organizational goals.

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize existing IT systems.
• Lead the implementation of new technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide technical support and ensure system functionality across all departments.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
• Integrate and maintain compatibility between various IT platforms.
• Ensure interoperability of systems for streamlined operations.
• Monitor and safeguard IT equipment and assets.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of technology resources.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with external vendors.
• Oversee the purchasing process for IT-related needs.
• Manage budgets and conduct cost analyses to maximize value.
• Prepare reports on IT expenditures for executive review.
• Administer accounts for Microsoft 365, Office Suite, and SharePoint.
• Manage printing programs, including account oversight and utilization analysis.
• Evaluate and optimize IT program contracts and costs.
• Procure, configure, and distribute IT equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.
• Maintain comprehensive asset tracking databases.
• Develop and conduct onboarding and training for employees on IT tools and platforms.
• Ensure a secure IT infrastructure with robust data protection measures.
• Assist in shared drive migrations and enforce security standards for company files.
• Establish and update IT policies and procedures.
