This is a fully onsite role in Redmond, Oregon.

The Talent Strategist will serve as the analytical strategy setter for the organization, generating a high ROI hiring strategy, a steady influx of applicants, and acting as the point of contact and owner for vendor and account relationships, oversight, and infrastructure. This role will develop and maintain a pipeline for both new and warm prospects to attract, discern, and attain top talent and high caliber candidates with a strong cultural fit and work ethic in order to develop, drive, and execute staffing strategies within our organization. This role will oversee the coordination and execution of all pre- and onboarding duties relating to new hires, managing the recruitment process from sourcing and screening to selection, pre-employment tasks, and orientation.

What You Get to Do! 
•    Manage Applicant Tracking System, Job Boards and Staffing Partners
•    Identify and propose short- and long-term goals or objectives for the recruiting team to support and achieve strategic goals.
•    Strategically draft and optimize job ads and job descriptions across multiple markets, working with Indeed Campaigns
•    Build, administrate, utilize, and train team on applicant tracking system (ATS) to automate and streamline hiring processes.
•    Serve as ATS administrator, maintain, and update the system to align with team needs.
•    Use competitive analysis to draft, revise, analyze, close, refresh, and update job ads
•    Provide oversight and ensure accuracy and compliance on all external and internal job postings
•    Manage and continuously update the Job Board, campaign spending tiers, and candidate stage status
•    Coordinate final interviews with executive leadership team members
•    Continually cull candidates based on qualifications
•    Active and passive competitive sourcing of candidates
•    Analyze prospective candidates for excellent cultural and qualifications fits with the Company.
•    Identify risk and candidates whose goals do not align with the Company’s
•    Provide KPIs to distinguish recruiting metrics (ex. duration of time to fill a position).
•    Communicate candidate pipeline flow and new hire onboarding status continuously
•    Prepare compliant and accurate offer letter drafts - and facilitate compensation negotiations
•    Perform background checks as needed
•    Create and maintain impeccable onboarding records for each new hire in digital format
•    Develop departmental SOPs and How To’s as recruiting/onboarding processes evolve and update
•    Oversee Orientation Welcome Week tasks for new hires 
•    Coordinate and book travel for new hires
•    Schedule orientation training modules with appropriate trainers
•    Cross-departmental collaboration to execute seamless on-site onboardings and orientations
•    Prepare and maintains orientation and onboarding supplies, welcome gift baskets, training materials, etc.
•    Draft press releases with new hire bios and post to relevant social media sites
•    Serve as the point of contact for recruiting partner agencies, job site representatives, and ATS system managers, troubleshooting any issues and optimizing efficacy of systems and success of partnerships
•    Maintain recruiting vendor board, banking all contact and contract data for recruiting partners, accounts, and platforms
•    Maintain an elevated level of professional discretion and confidence with regards to records, candidates, and staffing plans
•    Provide leadership with a weekly summary of staffing data, analytics, metrics, and priorities to maintain effective communication and alignment of open needs.
•    Sort and file correspondence and perform miscellaneous clerical duties such as answering correspondence and writing reports.
•    Cross train on other duties which may be necessary or desirable to serve the patient and support the success of the department or the company overall.

What You Will Bring…
•    Education – Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources preferred
•    Experience - At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, or a related field
•    Excellent verbal and written skills in English required.
•    Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
•    Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
•    Experience handling highly confidential and sensitive information.
•    Outstanding attention to detail, project management, documentation, organizational and planning skills.
•    Ability to take initiative and work independently.
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with a commitment to reach goals and meet deadlines.
•    Exceptional time management abilities to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
•    Outstanding positive attitude with the ability to grasp and embrace the company's overall goals and objectives and portray to customers and staff. Able to work well with others in a collaborative and respectful manner.
•    Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems – Paychex, Workable, Etc.
•    Experience with Active and Passive Candidate Sourcing– Indeed, LinkedIn, Etc.
