Pay: $19 HR + Production Bonuses

Job Details:

• Sew, alter, and repair items using industrial sewing machines.
• Follow patterns and templates.
• Inspect and adjust finished products.
• Work with the team to meet production goals.
• Keep a clean and safe workspace.

Job Requirements:

• Experience as an industrial seamstress.
• Skilled in using industrial sewing machines.
• Ability to read patterns and technical drawings.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Basic sewing machine maintenance knowledge.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with leather and various fabrics.
