An innovative and dynamic Bend company is seeking an experienced CFO to lead their team!
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations. This includes financial planning, management of financial risks, record-keeping, and financial reporting. The CFO will work closely with the CEO and other senior executives to develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's growth and sustainability goals.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our executive team and drive our financial strategy.
The goal of Onboard Dynamics is to support the natural gas ecosystem in reducing global greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions safely and reliably through our innovative and practical commercial solutions. Our patented compression-based systems minimize methane and other GHG releases during pipeline operations and maintenance, mitigate GHG emissions from transportation vehicles, and capture methane that would otherwise be released to the atmosphere from other industrial operations. Our customers receive expanded environmental benefits and reduction in costs through purchasing, leasing, and/or receiving turn-key services from our natural gas-powered products. Our customers come from the natural gas industry such as the natural gas utilities, the service providers to this industry, the natural gas pipeline operators, etc.
What You Get to Do!
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's business objectives.
• Oversee the preparation and management of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
• Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Risk Management:
• Identify and manage financial risks, including liquidity, credit, and market risks.
• Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.
• Ensure the company's financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation.
Leadership and Team Management:
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the finance department.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives.
• Manage relationships with investors, banks, and other financial institutions.
• Prepare and present financial information to the board of directors and investors.
• Oversee fundraising efforts and manage capital structure.
What You Will Bring…
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within the manufacturing or technology sectors.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
