Journeyman Framer

 

Responsibilities:

• Perform framing tasks with precision and craftsmanship.
• Operate power tools and nail guns safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a safe and functional jobsite.
• Read and interpret blueprints and tape measures accurately.
• Use hand and power tools essential to framing, including saws, nail guns, hammers, levels, squares, and tape measures.
• Ensure a high degree of accuracy and reliability in all work performed.

Requirements:

• Previous framing experience is mandatory (siding, roofing, and trim experience do not count).
• Must be hardworking, reliable, and smart.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Compensation:

• $21 - $25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
