Jenny McCallum, CSP
Partner, President, and Developer
Jenny McCallum, CSP, is a partner, president and developer of the Stoller region of Express Employment Professionals with 24 locations in Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Arizona, Nevada, and California.
McCallum graduated from the University of California Davis where she excelled as the captain of the Women's Basketball team and earned a bachelor's degree in sociology. She also earned the Certified Staffing Professionals designation from American Staffing Association.
McCallum began her career with Express Employment Professionals in 1996 as a temporary associate, quickly developed into a leader, and subsequently held positions as staffing consultant, business developer, branch manager, regional manager and vice president of the Stoller region.
Today, Jenny's responsibilities include growing current franchises and opening new franchises within the Stoller region. She excels at this through self-leadership and accountability. She has a passion for finding the right people to develop into strong leaders who succeed throughout their career. Jenny's determination, leadership, and unique ability to connect with people, easily translates into her coaching and personal life.
Jenny has deep roots in the Portland/Metro area community. She is been an active youth sports coach for over 15 years and has coached all ages including primary, middle school, high school and college athletes. Jenny is just as passionate about volunteering as she is coaching. She currently volunteers her time as a "Big Sister" for Big Brothers Big Sisters Columbia Northwest and has remained an active member on their board of directors since 2008.
While passionate about work, coaching and volunteering, Jenny's greatest passion is her family. Jenny has a blended family of 6 and all are extremely active as student athletes, partaking in a variety of different sports including basketball, football and soccer. Being a committed mother, mentor, and coach is what Jenny knows as normal. She loves giving back in the workplace, the community and her family, and is a great example of how one person can affect so many lives.
