Sandy Holland

Industrial Employment Specialist

Sandy joined Express Bend in August 2022. As one of our Industrial Employment Specialists, she connects clients with candidates who will improve their company culture and production. Sandy brings to Express over 13 years of Personnel Coordinator experience, including managing bookkeeping, timekeeping, hiring, onboarding, computer training, employee files, and other support methods for her team. 

Sandy was born and raised in McMinnville. However, she moved to Bend over 20 years ago and has fallen in love with Central Oregon. Sandy enjoys watching football, being outside, and spending time with her husband, children, and dogs. Her children are grown and having their own babies, and Sandy is beyond excited to add "Grandma" to her title.

Originally from a small town in South Carolina, she has seamlessly blended Southern charm with the vibrant energy of the Pacific Northwest. In her free time, you’ll find Jennifer hiking and exploring the area with her family and friends. Her partner and their son are incredibly special to her, and she loves getting to raise her family here in Bend.

Having called Central Oregon home for over 20 years, she treasures the breathtaking mountain views and the area's natural beauty. Outside of work, she finds joy in spending time with her family, traveling, caring for her animals, and enjoying gatherings with friends.

Trevor Lewis

Business Developer

Trevor joined the Express team in January 2024. His work style is friendly, direct, and honest, and you’ll always find him smiling. Before joining the team, he worked in the mortgage industry for several years where he became a Producing Branch Manager. Trevor has also been both a 911 operator and EMT!

After growing up in Southern California, Trevor left home as soon as he could afford it. He finished his Economics degree at the University of Oregon and decided to plant his roots in Central Oregon after graduating in 2019. Outside of work, he has a sense of adventure and loves fly-fishing on the river or off-grid camping with his partner and their dog, Guinness.
