Key Responsibilities:

CNC Operation:
- Set up and operate CNC machines for wood processing, including milling, routing, and finishing.
- Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software to ensure accurate production of designs.

Woodworking:
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to manufacture custom wood products.
- Select appropriate materials and tools for various woodworking tasks to achieve desired aesthetics and functionality.

Quality Control:
- Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose any issues in CNC operation or woodworking processes, implementing solutions promptly.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with designers, engineers, and production staff to develop and refine new custom products.
- Provide input during project meetings regarding feasibility and design improvements.

Maintenance:
- Perform regular maintenance on CNC machines and woodworking tools to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications:

Experience:
- Experience in CNC machining and woodworking.
- Proven experience with different types of CNC machinery, with a strong understanding of woodworking techniques.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360).
- Knowledge of wood types, properties, and finishing techniques.

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in woodworking and CNC technology preferred.
