Job Title: Warehouse Helper

Job Type: Full-Time/Seasonal
Job Summary: We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Warehouse Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by assisting with handling, storing, and distributing products. This position requires the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments, ensuring the safe and efficient handling of products.
- Participate in rework of inventory
- Use hand carts, pallet jacks, or forklifts as needed to transport goods within the warehouse (training provided if necessary).
- Organize and maintain the warehouse inventory, including proper labeling and storage of items.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds consistently.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed.
