Job Description: Restoration Technician
Overview:
Restoration Technicians restore properties damaged by water, fire, or mold. They assess damage, carry out restoration tasks, and ensure safety on the job.
Key Responsibilities

Damage Assessment:
- Evaluate properties to identify damage levels and document findings.

Restoration Tasks:
- Use equipment for water extraction and drying.
- Remove damaged materials like drywall and flooring.
- Clean and restore affected areas.

- Follow health and safety guidelines and wear required protective gear.
- Keep the worksite clean and organized.

- Update clients on the restoration process and address their questions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
