Overview
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive services and restoration, with hands-on experience in vinyl installation tasks. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is capable of working independently as well as part of a team, ensuring that all installations meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Perform airless paint spraying and auto painting with precision and attention to detail.
- Install auto glass and other components efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Utilize hand tools and heavy lifting techniques to complete installation tasks effectively.
- Conduct auto restoration projects, ensuring all work meets company standards and client expectations.
- Collaborate with mechanics and other team members to assess project requirements and timelines.
- Provide accurate auto estimating for projects, ensuring all necessary materials are accounted for.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in auto restoration or related fields is preferred.
- Proficiency in airless paint spraying techniques and auto painting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with hand tools and the ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job.
- Previous experience working in a dealership setting is a plus.
- Knowledge of welding techniques is an advantage.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot installation issues effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
