Overview
We are seeking a skilled Sander for a small woodworking shop. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of construction and remodeling, with a strong focus on sanding and finishing surfaces to ensure high-quality results. This role is crucial in preparing materials for installation and ensuring that all projects meet our standards of excellence.
Duties
- Operate sanding equipment to smooth surfaces of wood or other materials.
- Prepare surfaces for finishing by cleaning, sanding, and applying necessary treatments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Follow schematics and project plans to meet specifications accurately.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Use a dremel tool.
Qualifications
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools related to sanding and woodworking tasks.
