Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Teller position at a great bank located in Veneta, Oregon. - Process debits and credits accurately while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
- Monitor accounts for potential fraud prevention and detection, taking necessary actions to safeguard client assets.
- Utilize financial software to manage customer accounts and transactions efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and enhance overall service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in relationship management within the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Familiarity with financial software and banking operations is advantageous.
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and accuracy in processing transactions is essential.
- Understanding of loan processing procedures is a plus.
- Ability to identify potential fraud risks and implement appropriate measures for detection.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
- A proactive approach to upselling additional products or services that meet customer needs.
