Forklift Operator
Gresham, OR
Overview:
Our rapidly growing client company is looking for experienced Forklift Operators who are reliable, adaptable, and eager to contribute. This is an evaluation-to-hire position, and candidates must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Pay Rate:
$18.00 - $20.00/HR (DOE)
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, Day/Swing/Grave positions available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely load concrete blocks onto commercial trucks and personal vehicles.
- Assist customers with pickups and ensure a positive experience.
- Regular lifting of 15-20 lbs, with occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Recent experience operating reach, stand-up, or sit-down forklifts.
- Strong reliability and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work comfortably in both indoor and outdoor environments.
