Customer Service Representative
Overview: Primary function will be to enter, monitor, manage and promptly resolve any customer relations issues. This includes following direction from your manager in order to respond to emails, answer multiple phone lines, and assist with general office duties.
Pay: $18.00/HR
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday (6:00am – 2:30pm)
- Full time
- Temp to Hire
Job Duties:
- Process purchase orders and update current sales orders under appropriate SAP transaction codes
- Reviews disruptions within SAP and execute solutions for efficient EDI flow
- Contact customers directly to resolve any issues related to their orders and provide updates
- Communications with customers using email, phone, or Microsoft Teams calls and video conferencing
Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Effective interpersonal communication with people at all levels of the organization and with customers
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
