A proud Gresham native, Rashell joined Express in 2019, bringing a deep understanding of the community and a passion for its success in her role as Front Office Coordinator. Just a few months into her journey, she transitioned to an Employment Specialist position amid the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, excelling with minimal training and making an immediate impact on the team. Rashell’s drive and adaptability quickly shone through, leading her to her current role as Director of Staffing.

Today, Rashell leads office initiatives and collaborates closely with our team to ensure exceptional service. She has built strong relationships with our industrial and skilled trades clients and associates, known for her professionalism, expertise, and warm, personalized approach. Rashell’s dedication to lasting partnerships and her commitment to the success of both our clients and associates make her an invaluable part of our team.

Meet Sabrina – Staffing Manager

After graduating from the University of Oregon, Sabrina joined Express in 2020 and quickly made her mark as an Employment Specialist. Driven to help others, she mastered our systems and began connecting candidates with meaningful employment opportunities. Her dedication and impact led to her promotion to Staffing Manager, where she now oversees our recruiting team, ensuring they achieve key recruiting initiatives and help as many people as possible succeed.

Sabrina consistently collaborates with her team to deliver results and build strong relationships with both associates and clients. While she skillfully supports our industrial and skilled trades sectors, Sabrina’s true passion lies in the administrative, accounting, and professional industries.
