Located in Stanfield, OR! 

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM 

Compensation: $24.04/hour - $33.65 Depends on Experience  

Efficiently oversees production processes by organizing workflow, ensuring equipment functionality, maintaining compliance, troubleshooting machinery, analyzing performance data, and coordinating resources to optimize operational efficiency and safety. What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Monitoring and Optimizing Production Workflow – Oversee process steps, track performance metrics, and ensure smooth operations by troubleshooting issues and making necessary adjustments.

• Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting – Perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and modifications on machinery to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.

• Compliance and Safety Management – Enforce safety protocols, maintain regulatory compliance (GMP, OSHA, HACCP/PCQI), and ensure a clean, organized work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a food manufacturing maintenance role.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability & understanding to enforce safety protocols.
