Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced CDL Driver to join our team. This position involves operating a refrigerated truck (reefer) and is paid by the mile. The role is exclusively for routes on the West Coast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a reefer truck on designated routes across the West Coast.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining the integrity of refrigerated cargo.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and delivery records.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License).
- Minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
- Experience operating refrigerated trucks (reefers) is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of West Coast routes.
- Excellent driving record with no major violations.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
