Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible individual to join our team as an Alcohol Compliance Secret Shopper. As a crucial member of our quality control division, you will be tasked with evaluating and ensuring the proper implementation of alcohol handling and service procedures within various businesses. Your role will contribute to maintaining regulatory compliance, promoting responsible alcohol service, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Undercover Assessments:
- Conduct undercover visits to a variety of businesses, including restaurants, bars, and retailers, to assess alcohol service practices.
- Observe and evaluate adherence to legal age verification processes for alcohol purchases and service.

Regulatory Compliance:
- Verify that establishments are following local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to alcohol sales and service.
- Ensure that proper licensing and permits are displayed and up-to-date.

Documentation:
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of each visit, documenting observations related to alcohol service procedures.
- Submit comprehensive reports highlighting areas of compliance and any identified areas for improvement.
