Job Full Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage financial records, process transactions, and ensure accurate bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounting software and a strong understanding of
financial principles. 16 hours per week with a flexible schedule, pay is based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and categorize financial transactions in accounting software.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments.
- Process payroll and maintain employee payment records.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with tax filings.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data and ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Knowledge of financial regulations and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
