We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cabinet Painter and Helper to join our client’s team. This role involves assisting with residential cabinet painting projects, ensuring high-quality finishes, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to take initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare cabinets and surfaces for painting, including sanding, cleaning, and priming
- Assist with spraying, brushing, and rolling paint to achieve a professional finish
- Handle materials, tools, and equipment with care
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and job site procedures
- Work efficiently as part of a team and take direction as needed
- Jump in to help with various tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Experience in painting or a related trade is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
