Job Full Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Office Assistant to join our team. This role will support daily office operations, handle bookkeeping tasks, and assist with administrative duties to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.

  • Process payroll and manage employee timekeeping records.

  • Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting.

  • Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and provide administrative support.

  • Maintain office supplies and assist with inventory management.

  • Organize and file documents, both digital and physical.

  • Assist with other office tasks as needed to support the team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or office administration preferred.

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with the printing industry is a plus but not required.
