Job Full Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Office Assistant to join our team. This role will support daily office operations, handle bookkeeping tasks, and assist with administrative duties to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.

Process payroll and manage employee timekeeping records.

Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting.

Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and provide administrative support.

Maintain office supplies and assist with inventory management.

Organize and file documents, both digital and physical.

Assist with other office tasks as needed to support the team.
Qualifications:
-
Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or office administration preferred.

Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
-
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
-
Familiarity with the printing industry is a plus but not required.
