Counter Sales / Customer Service Representative

Location: Klamath Falls, OR

Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a Counter Sales / Customer Service Representative for a reputable industrial supply company. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and helping customers find the right solutions for their needs. Must have a drivers license. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email with product selection, order processing, and inquiries.

• Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to meet customer needs.

• Process sales transactions and ensure accurate documentation.

• Support warehouse and inventory management, including restocking and organizing merchandise.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Maintain a clean and professional storefront and workspace.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role (preferably in an industrial, automotive, or manufacturing setting).

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to learn technical product information and provide recommendations.

• Basic computer proficiency for order entry and processing.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• A positive attitude and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
