Employment Specialist

Born in Totolan, Michoacán, Mexico, and raised in Klamath Falls, Oregon, Silvia is a proud graduate of Mazama High School. Her journey of professional and personal growth has been a driving force behind her decision to pursue her current career path. Prior to this, she built a foundation in the medical field, where she was fortunate to have numerous opportunities to learn and develop her skills.

With a deep commitment to making a long-term impact, Silvia is dedicated to using her expertise to benefit her community as much as possible. Her passion for helping others fuels her professional ambitions and motivates her to continuously strive for excellence.

Outside of work, Silvia cherishes spending quality time with her family and children. Whether they are exploring the beauty of local lakes or enjoying a day at the park, these moments are precious and rejuvenating, reinforcing her dedication to both her personal and professional life.

Katie Rodriguez

Business Developer

Katelyn Rodriguez joined Express Employment Professionals in October 2024, bringing her background in non-profit work, event planning, social media, and sales. As Business Developer, Katelyn is committed to creating meaningful connections and supporting both clients and candidates. Her friends describe her as outgoing, cheerful, and kind—qualities that she brings to each interaction. Known for her honesty, loyalty, and kindness, Katelyn strives to be her best as a partner, colleague, and community member.
 
A unique trait that sets Katelyn apart is her drive and strong work ethic. She takes pride in delivering quality work and believes in the importance of integrity and dedication. Public speaking is one of her key skills, and she thrives on connecting with the community, educating neighbors on the resources and support available.
 
Originally from Grants Pass, Oregon, Katelyn moved to Klamath Falls in 2020 and fell in love with its close-knit community. She and her fiancé, who met in Klamath Falls, share their home with a dog and a cat and are excited to get married next year. Outside of work, she enjoys projects that support the community and bring people together. 
 
Katelyn finds daily inspiration in her favorite quote by Chris Morris: “Grit is having the courage to push through, no matter what the obstacles are, because it’s worth it.”

Ana Solis

Front Office & Recruiting Coordinator 

Ana Solis was born in Los Angeles, California, and raised in Fresno. Three years ago, she relocated to Klamath Falls, Oregon, to be closer to her husband’s family.

Her passion for helping people led her to pursue a career with Express Employment Professionals. After working in mental health, Ana discovered her true calling in supporting individuals in meaningful ways. A conversation with Cristy, the local franchise owner about the life-changing impact of employment services solidified her decision to join the team. She finds immense fulfillment in helping people reconnect with jobs that align with their skills and passions.

Ana brings exceptional customer service, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine care for others to her role. Her dedication and compassion make her an invaluable asset to the Express team.

Outside of work, Ana enjoys spending time with her family, including her 6-year-old twins who love exploring the outdoors. A devoted baseball fan, she proudly supports the Dodgers but has a deep appreciation for the sport and all its teams.

Ana draws inspiration from her father and brother, who exemplify hard work and resilience as successful AG farmers. Their journey from humble beginnings to thriving careers motivates her every day.

Looking ahead, Ana is excited to grow within her role at Express Employment Professionals, continuing to make a positive impact in her community and helping others achieve success.
