LANDSCAPER
TUESDAY-FRIDAY 5AM-3:30PM
$19.80/HR
A well-established property maintenance team is looking for a reliable Landscaper to help maintain and enhance the appearance of outdoor spaces. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions. If you enjoy working with your hands and take pride in keeping properties looking their best, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct a daily property walkthrough to remove debris and trash.
- Blow off walkways and other common areas to maintain cleanliness.
- Operate a Turf Vac to collect grass clippings and debris.
- Mow, fertilize, and edge lawns to maintain a manicured appearance.
- Trim trees and shrubs as needed to promote healthy growth.
- Operate a zero-turn mower (experience preferred).
- Perform other general landscaping duties as required.
Winter Responsibilities:
- Spread de-icer to prevent ice buildup.
- Blow and clear snow from walkways and driveways for safe passage.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Prior landscaping experience is a plus, but not required.
