Office Manager

Katie has been managing our McMinnville office since 2013, bringing contagious energy and motivation to our team! She is a passionate and loyal member of our Express family. She gets personal joy from providing the people in our community with resources and hopes for success, whether or not we can give that success ourselves. Katie is an Express University Certified consultant and provides a wealth of knowledge for our local Staffing Consultants.

Katie spent seven years working with Evergreen Airlines before joining Express McMinnville. Although not originally from McMinnville, she is very passionate about our community and helping those within it. When not at the office, Katie loves spending time with her family and the animals on their small farm. Katie is a wonderful asset to our team and the Express McMinnville cause!

Administrative Staffing Specialist

Jenna has shown tremendous devotion to our McMinnville office since 2014, when she became an administrative staffing specialist! She is a family-oriented person with strong loyalty to our team and values. She finds purpose in her work by helping deserving and hard-working people in our community find their dream jobs. She's the one you should turn to for customer service, accounting, sales, or any other administrative opening.

Although she was born and raised in northern Canada, Jenna moved with her family to Oregon as a teenager and has lived here ever since. She enjoys spending her free time with her wonderful husband and four children. She is the heart and soul of our McMinnville team, and we are glad she is a part of it!

Employment Specialist/Social Media

For the past four years, Kyndal has taken the lead in managing our social media pages, keeping us connected with the local community. Whether you're looking for your first job or a career change, she is ready to help you find the right fit. She’s active with the McMinnville Chamber, and you’ll often see her mingling with locally owned businesses at Greeters. Dedicated to supporting both local companies and job seekers, she is always approachable and makes it a priority to understand your unique needs and goals.

Front Office Coordinator

Areliz is the newest member of our team, starting in the fall of 2023. She will be the first to greet you when you come through our door or if you call the office. Born and raised in McMinnville, she has a passion to see our community thrive. She goes above and beyond, digging for more information from every applicant to help them find the best opportunity possible.

Areliz is currently studying herbalism and psychology and plans to apply this knowledge to further assist our local community. Her deep-rooted roots in helping others are her job, her passion, and her future dreams.
