As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive and efficient experience at our store.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Shipping and Packaging: Assist customers with shipping their packages through major couriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Expertly pack and label items for safe and secure delivery.

Printing Services: Operate printing equipment and assist customers with their printing needs, including photocopies, binding, and document scanning.

Office Supplies: Maintain inventory and assist customers in finding and purchasing office supplies.

Document Shredding: Offer document shredding services and ensure secure disposal of sensitive documents.

Cash Handling: Accurately process payments, including cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods.

Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, striving to find swift and effective solutions.

Maintain Store Cleanliness: Keep the store organized and tidy, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.

Promotions and Sales: Promote store services and special offers to customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, demonstrating effective communication skills.
- Attention to detail in packing, shipping, and document handling.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment such as printers and copiers.
- Comfortable with cash handling and basic math skills.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and processing shipments.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus but not required.
Work Environment: The work environment may include exposure to various printing and packaging materials. You may need to lift packages of various sizes and weights up to 50lbs.
