Job Full Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives and build brand awareness across key market segments. The ideal candidate will assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, develop communications strategies, and contribute to various promotional and public relations efforts. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a generalist marketing background or those looking to expand their expertise in different areas of marketing.
Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Design & Implementation: Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and market needs.

Tracking & Analytics: Set up and manage tracking systems for online marketing activities to measure effectiveness and optimize performance.

Content Creation: Write clear and compelling product marketing copy for use in various channels such as website, email, social media, and print materials.

Promotions & Events: Coordinate promotional activities for new products and services, including trade show setup, product photoshoots, and product launch events.

Public Relations Support: Assist with media relations, social media management, and distribution of marketing collateral.

Email Marketing: Assist in developing and maintaining email marketing campaigns, including managing contact lists and tracking campaign performance.

Photoshoot Coordination: Support product photoshoots by assisting with planning, coordination, and day-of activities.

Collaboration & Reporting: Track progress and report on marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and Director of Sales.
Required Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in designing and executing marketing, communications, and public relations activities.

Skills: Strong creative, strategic, analytical, and organizational skills; excellent oral and written communication abilities.

Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

Public Relations & Content Creation: Experience writing press releases, marketing presentations, and managing media inquiries.

Marketing Platforms: Proficiency in managing multiple marketing outlets and platforms (social media, websites, email marketing, direct mail, etc.).

Education & Training: Educational background in marketing, communications, public relations, or related fields. Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, or public relations is strongly preferred.

CRM & Software Skills: Experience with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HubSpot Certification or similar marketing tools certification.
- Previous experience in B2B or B2C marketing environments.
Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel may be required from time to time.
Physical Demands:
The employee may need to occasionally lift or move up to 75 pounds (e.g., shipping marketing materials, setting up trade show booths). Good dexterity is required for handling photoshoot equipment and navigating playground equipment for marketing content.
Work Environment:
- Office: Quiet, standard office setting with occasional interaction with a noisy manufacturing environment, where PPE may be required.
- Manufacturing: Ability to work in a dynamic environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
