Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist - Lead Generation for our client who is a leading global manufacturing company. In this role, you will manage and optimize the full lifecycle of lead generation programs, utilizing both traditional and emerging marketing strategies. This position focuses on setting up, tracking, and reporting on lead generation processes to enhance efficiency and drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of lead generation programs, from setup to improvement, tracking, and reporting.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop lead generation strategies and ensure smooth transition of leads to the Sales team.
- Lead Scoring and Qualification: Design and implement a lead scoring system to classify marketing and sales-qualified leads.
- Sales Support and Training: Train and support the sales team to enhance lead performance, ensuring effective lead handling and maintenance.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist Marketing and Sales Operations in data analysis and report preparation.
- Data Management: Manage lead data using Salesforce or other CRM platforms, ensuring accurate logging, documentation, and reporting.
- Metrics and Pipeline Reports: Prepare and analyze metrics reports and dashboards to monitor marketing and sales pipelines.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a positive work environment, effectively collaborating with team members.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of desk work and computer use.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and participate in two-person lifts for items over 41 pounds.
Skills and Abilities:
- Lead Generation Expertise: Proven experience in generating qualified marketing leads.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
- Data Analysis and Problem Solving: Ability to gather and analyze data, identify issues, and resolve them effectively.
- Team and Independent Work: Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Education and Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in a B2B marketing role.
- Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
- Experience with Adobe Suite and CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
