Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Product Manager for a leading global manufacturing company. This role focuses on the strategy, development, and feature definitions for the company’s hardware and software products. The Product Manager will analyze customer demands, create a product vision, and lead cross-functional teams across engineering, sales, marketing, and service to achieve strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Roadmap Development: Build product roadmaps and business cases driven by customer needs and market demands.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with engineers to translate market requirements into actionable engineering goals and manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Prepare and present leadership documents, incorporating feedback from relevant stakeholders.
- Product Collateral Development: Create supporting materials to assist sales, marketing, and executive teams in conveying product value propositions.
- Release Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, production, marketing, and sales to ensure timely product release and resource allocation.
- Product Innovation: Identify and propose innovative product solutions that address customer needs and market trends.
- Support Marketing and Sales: Provide commercial and marketing teams with insights and messaging around product value propositions.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of desk work and computer use.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and participate in two-person lifts for items over 41 pounds.

- Organizational Agility: Able to navigate and influence across all levels and functions of the organization.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
- Experience in product management within B2B and/or B2C environments, leading large-scale projects.
- Relevant background in technical selling, marketing, or support, with exposure to contamination control or related industries.
- Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and a passion for innovative product development.
